5.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system (TidyCal). By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Attend the scheduled call at the agreed time

• Notify us promptly of any schedule changes

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Free Clarity Calls: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows may forfeit the opportunity to rebook.

Paid Consultations/Services: Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule

• Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice: 50% fee or reschedule option

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: Full fee charged

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative times.

Payment terms for consulting services are specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Generally:

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued based on agreed milestones or monthly for ongoing engagements

• Payment Due: Payment is typically due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified

• Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest charges and may pause service delivery

• Currency: All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
